How we collect reviews

Who can leave a review

Only a signed-in NeoRank customer can leave a review, and only once NeoRank has fixed something on their site and checked it: at least one Auto-Fix fix whose result was read back on the live page (status « verified ») in a workspace they belong to.

We keep that proof with the review: the identifier of the verified fix. A review is therefore always tied to a real use of the product.

When we ask

We ask after a verified fix, at the same moment and in the same way for every eligible customer. We do not choose whom to ask according to how satisfied they seem, and we never send unhappy customers elsewhere.

You can answer « Later » (we ask again in 30 days) or « Don't ask again » (we never ask again).

How reviews are moderated

Every review is read by a person before it is published. A review can be rejected for four reasons only: insults, spam, personal data about someone else, or content unrelated to NeoRank.

Negative reviews are published like the others. A review is never rejected, delayed or hidden because its rating is low or because it criticises NeoRank.

Links and HTML are not accepted in a comment, and a comment is at most 1,000 characters.

How reviews are displayed

The average and the number of reviews are computed from all published reviews, with nothing added, weighted or removed. The home page shows them only once at least 5 reviews are published, with the most recent ones.

Each customer can leave one review. Editing it replaces the previous one, which is then moderated again.

Writing help

To help you write, we may offer suggestions drawn from your own verified fixes and a spelling and grammar correction you can accept or ignore; the stars and the final text are always chosen and validated by you.

No incentive

Nothing is offered in exchange for a review: no discount, no credit, no gift, whatever the rating.

Your name

You choose how your name appears: your first name and the initial of your last name (« Marie D. »), or « Anonymous ». Your e-mail address is never shown.

Deleting your review

To have your review deleted, write to privacy@neorank.ai from the address of your NeoRank account.
