Plans, quotas and billing
Prices and quotas are published on the Pricing page, read from the catalogue when you open it. This page explains how they apply: what is counted, when, and what happens at the limit.
The plans
- Free: the SEO essentials, without AI — no observation in AI engines, no AI generation. No card and no time limit: it is not a trial.
- Paid: more sites, crawled pages, keywords and members; plans that include AI add a monthly AI quota for observations and generations.
- Enterprise: volumes on quote.
The single reference for prices, quotas and each plan's exact content is the Pricing page, read from the catalogue when you open it. No figure is copied here, so it cannot go stale.

- Monthly quotas renew every month (UTC).
- The Plan usage panel (Account › Subscription details) shows used versus limit for each quota. “Not included”: the capability does not exist on your plan; “Unlimited”: no cap.
- At the limit, the action is refused with a message saying so: no overage is charged.
Quotas and AI budget
- What the AI budget is. The organisation's monthly ceiling on the cost and volume (tokens) of calls to AI engines. It is sized by the plan's AI quota: the “NeoRank Intelligence credits / month” row on the Pricing page, “AI visibility · queries” in the Plan usage panel. SEO + AI, Growth, Pro, Agency and Enterprise include one; Free and SEO do not.
- Two separate counters. NeoRank Research questions are limited by a daily quota (per organisation, reset at 00:00 UTC); on a paid plan that includes an AI budget, each question is also charged to the organisation's monthly AI budget — the same one as AI-visibility measurements, paid Chat messages and, once enabled for accounts, Neo AI.
- Why “AI budget used up” while questions remain. Sustained daily use can use up the month's budget before the month ends. Research then shows “Your organisation's monthly AI budget is used up” and counts no question for the day.
- When the AI budget resets. It follows the UTC calendar month, not the subscription's anniversary date: it restarts on the 1st of each month at 00:00 UTC.
- Plan without an AI budget (SEO). Its questions, within the plan's daily quota, are covered by NeoRank from a daily capacity shared by the paid plans without an AI budget, separate from the one of visitors and the free plan; if it is reached, Research says so.
- What to do. Move to a higher plan from the Pricing page; usage (including today's questions) is shown in My account › Subscription. See also the help center.
Payment
- Payment goes through Stripe Checkout: no card data passes through NeoRank's servers.
- After payment you return to Subscription details; if you cancel, to the Pricing page.
- Only the organisation's owner, administrators and billing manager can pay.
Changing plan or cancelling
- Account menu › Subscription details: your plan, your latest invoices and “Manage or change plan”.
- That button opens the Stripe billing portal: plan change, payment method, invoices and cancellation.
- After cancelling, the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Downgrading keeps your data.
