Features
Reports, exports and alerts
Share your results without copying figures by hand: a printable site report, CSV exports faithful to the table shown, scheduled sends and alerts triggered by a measurement.
The site report (PDF)
- Click Report in the dashboard header.
- Tick the sections you want: authority, AI visibility, organic traffic, technical health, AI engines, keywords.
- Click “Print / PDF”: the browser's print dialog lets you save as PDF.
Missing values are written “Not measured”, as in the dashboard.
CSV exports
Tables offer “Export as CSV”: tracked keywords, rankings, keywords, gaps, pages, referring domains, competitors, traffic, Search Console queries, audit issues and crawled pages. The export contains the rows shown, in the order shown, with raw values — an empty cell where nothing is measured, never an invented zero.
Scheduled reports
| Cadence | Send |
|---|---|
| Weekly | Monday at 07:00 UTC |
| Every two weeks | Every other Monday at 07:00 UTC |
| Monthly | The 1st of the month at 07:00 UTC |
- The workspace's scheduled reports appear in Reports › My reports (name, cadence, recipients, next send). Creating one from the interface is not offered at the moment.
- Recipients receive an email with a link to the dashboard, not an attached PDF.
- If nothing has been analysed yet, the send is skipped.
- The number of scheduled reports depends on your plan (“Plan usage” panel).
Alerts
| Alert | Trigger |
|---|---|
| New technical anomalies | Findings that did not exist at the previous crawl |
| Traffic drop | A GA4 session drop of at least 20 % |
| Click anomaly | An unusual deviation in daily Search Console clicks (at least 14 days of history needed, and a 20 % deviation at minimum) |
- Alerts appear in Observations and alerts and are sent by email.
- Each row shows the measurement that triggered it (baseline and threshold), or “Impact: not measured”.
- They exist only with active continuous monitoring for the site; the “Monitoring” KPI shows Active or Inactive.
- There are no Slack or webhook alerts, and no alerts on competitors' activity.
